                  MOVIMIENTO INESTABLE                                                         PERFORMANCE

I use the body as a tool for experimentation, guided by intuition and the relationship between mind and physical expression. My practice explores introspection, thought, and sensation to create authentic and experimental forms. Rooted in contemporary dance and improvisation, and influenced by urban disciplines, I have developed a destructured and articulated movement language through ongoing research and experimentation. I use film to capture movement and inspire myself, incorporating cinematic layers to amplify the work.

This movement language, Movimiento Inestable, serves as both an artistic practice and a pedagogical platform. It offers movement and creative classes that invite participants into physical inquiry, instability, and collective creation. Through performance, choreography, movement direction, and teaching, I explore how gesture, time, and space shape experience and foster connection.
